- OECD GLP and GIVIMP – practical aspects for in vitro studies
- Use of reconstructed human tissue models in selected areas – skin, eye, phototoxicity and biocompatibility testing
- Concepts of cosmetics testing without animal experiments
Practical (Hands-on) training:
- work with cell lines and reconstituted 3D tissue cultures – handling the cultures
- training for conducting studies according to OECD TG 431 – skin corrosion
- training for conducting studies according to OECD TG 439 – skin irritation
- training for conducting studies according to OECD TG 492 – eye irritation
- training for conducting studies according to OECD TG 432 – phototoxicity, cell lines
- training for conducting studies according to OECD TG 498 – phototoxicity, 3D models
- training for conducting studies according to ISO 10993-5 – biocompatibility tests, cell cultures
- training for conducting studies according to ISO 10993-23 – biocompatibility tests, 3D models
- training for conducting local tolerance studies of preparations – 3D skin and corneal model
- training for ELISA tests and determination of cytokines from the culture media
- demonstration of microfluidics (MIVO, React4Life) and work with Alpha Could (Vitrocell system)
